grand canyon nat’l park

despite visiting the literal grand canyon. . . this was one of the most miserable trips i’ve taken. For starters the three and a half hour drive quickly turned into over five hours there and over nine total! Apparently there was a stretch of construction that the locals knew of, but obviously this midwestern native forgot where she was and that you can’t simply hop over to the next county road. the real kicker is that i got a fever during the drive up and then it broke when I got to the canyon. to say i was miserable is an understatement. . . That being said, I didn’t do as much hiking as i hoped and didn’t take nearly as many pictures as I planned. I guess I’ll just have to visit again so I can fully appreciate it.

good news is I do have a few rolls i’m still finishing, so there will be a couple more coming!
